This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide to us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process
The data you send us through the contact form, the quote questionnaire or by email: name, email address, phone number, details of your business (name, sector, location and website), the services you are interested in, your goals and timescales, and the message you write to us.
What we use it for
- To respond to your request and prepare the quote or proposal you ask for.
- To manage the business relationship if you decide to hire our services.
- To send you news, tips and offers from EDS Ecodigital Solutions by email, only if you have given your consent by ticking the corresponding box.
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles using your data.
Legal basis
- To handle your request and prepare your quote: the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, and your consent (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- For commercial communications: your express consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 21 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). It is optional: you can request a quote without accepting them.
How long we keep it
The data from your request is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law. If you agree to receive commercial communications, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Commercial communications and unsubscribing
Every commercial email we send you will include a link or a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also request this at any time by writing to info@ecodigitalsolutions.es with the subject “Unsubscribe”. We keep the date and text of the consent you accepted so that we can demonstrate it.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. Our web hosting and email provider, DonDominio, may access it as a data processor, with the safeguards required by the applicable regulations.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@ecodigitalsolutions.es. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe that we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as the website’s encrypted connection and restricted access to information.
